My client’s permit to carry was revoked.  An appeal was filed with the L&I Board of Review.  Although the the Board failed to sustain our appeal, we were not discouraged.  Immediately, we filed an appeal to the Common Pleas Court and prepared our brief.  The city ultimately relented and agreed to reinstate my client’s permit to carry!
